Homewood Wrestler Kewaan Kennedy Wins at Super Section Tournament
Homewood wrestler Kewaan Kennedy won the 120 lb weight class title at the South
Super Section Tournament in Montgomery on February 9, 2014. He led the Patriots to an
overall 4th place finish in the two day event. Ethan Harris grabbed a 3rd place
finish in the 113 lb weight class, Shedrick Kynard took 3rd place in the 152 lb
class, Carlos Daniel Figueroa-Ordono took 3rd place in the 170 lb class, Chase Kelly
took 3rd place the 195 lb class, and Jeremiah Dunham took 4th place in the 285 lb
class. The head coach of the Patriots Wrestling team is Eddie Crocker.
